Getting there: The Flybus connects with arriving flights and runs from the airport to the BSI bus terminal near the city centre, with stops on request at Hafnarfjordur or Gardabζ. The journey to Reykjavik takes around 45 minutes. Taxis are available but they are expensive and cost in the region of ISK 7,5009,000 (8298). All prices subject to change.
Driving directions: From the airport take the road to Reykjavik. Once reaching Hringbraut Street drive to the campus of the University of Iceland. The hotel is situated next to the National Museum of Iceland.
Getting around: The centre of Reykjavik is compact and easily explored on foot. Reykjavik has an extensive public bus network serving the city centre and suburbs; buses run from 7 AM to midnight daily. A single ticket costs ISK 250 (3.30). Cycling is one of the most popular ways to get around and there are many cycle paths in the city.
